REFUNDS & RETURNS
All of our candles are handmade with YOU in mind. Due to the nature of our products we cannot offer refunds or returns.
If you have any questions or concerns about any of the products you have ordered, or feel like you have received a defective product, please send an email to 2018homemadehappiness@gmail.com containing your order number, a picture of the product, and any additional information. Thank You!
EXCHANGES
We understand that shopping for scents online is not an easy task, however, we give a detailed description of each scent in hopes of creating a clear expectation of each products fragrance.
We can offer store credit for any unburned candle with 7 days of the delivery date, however, the candle must be returned in its original packaging, and you will be responsible for all associated shipping charges, plus an additional 15% restocking fee.
To complete your return, we will need to know:
- Your Order #
- Which items you would like to return
Once we receive your email about the return for store credit, we will give you the go ahead to ship your candle back to us. When we receive the candle, your store credit will be issued within 24 hours.
Any products that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a store credit return.
Any discounted "sale" items that were purchased are final, and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
ORDER ERRORS
We inspect every order before it is packaged up and sent to you, however, occasionally mistakes may happen! If you are ever missing an item that you ordered, or if you have received the wrong item, please send an email to 2018homemadehappiness@gmail.com containing your order number, a picture, and any additional information and we will send out the correct items to you promptly at no extra charge.
